Con 55 a\u00f1os, el profesor de econom\u00eda era conocido en el \u00e1mbito deportivo por ser un referente indiscutido del b\u00e1squet mercedino, impulsor en su momento del b\u00e1squet femenino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00edmismo, supo desempe\u00f1arse como periodista deportivo, alcanzando la presidencia del C\u00edrculo de Periodistas Deportivo de Mercedes. Como referente pol\u00edtico, fue candidato en diferentes oportunidades en las listas locales propuestas por Carlos Selva.
