El sindicato es un actor cuya voz viene incorporando el tema como principal reclamo. Ahora se conoce que podr\u00eda ser una suma fija con el objetivo de que no se generen diferencias entre las diversas categor\u00edas o bien que beneficie m\u00e1s a las m\u00e1s bajas.<\/p>\n<p>Selva record\u00f3 que en abril se otorg\u00f3 el 12% y que es habitual en su gesti\u00f3n que en abril y septiembre se produzcan los aumentos. Este mes podr\u00eda justamente ser producto de un ajuste.<\/p>\n<p>El incremento ser\u00eda fijo para que impacte m\u00e1s en las categor\u00edas 1 a 10 con aportes previsionales ante lo cual beneficia a las futuras jubilaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Del monto, por el momento, no hay precisiones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cruce de opini\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Existe, a su vez, una intercambio de opiniones entre los sindicatos y el jefe comunal dado que ambos se acusan de ser objetos del corte de di\u00e1logo.
