Por medio de Expediente N\u00ba 1066\/2013,se solicit\u00f3 la autorizaci\u00f3n al Honorable Concejo Deliberante para proceder a la compra de estos terrenos ocupados por familias con construcciones precarias, paralizando de esta manera su desalojo por v\u00eda judicial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La autorizaci\u00f3n fue acordada mediante y sancionada el 21\/03\/2013, pudiendo realizar ayer la concreci\u00f3n de la compra de este espacio de m\u00e1s de dos hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>Por inconvenientes legales vinculados con la propiedad del bien, que estaba en sucesi\u00f3n, la gesti\u00f3n de compra sufri\u00f3 dos a\u00f1os de demora.<\/p>\n<p>En 2015, habi\u00e9ndose solucionado este problema y autorizado el Departamento Legislativo por Ordenanza N\u00ba 7693\/15 la actualizaci\u00f3n del valor de la operaci\u00f3n, en el d\u00eda de ayer se concret\u00f3 la compra por parte del municipio, a la vecina M\u00f3nica Adriana Espina.
